- Commercial usage licenses for edited images

2. Acceptable Use
Permitted Activities:
- Personal photo editing and transformations
- Professional content creation with Nano Banana Lite
- Original image uploads for editing
- Non-commercial sharing of edited content
- Team collaboration on image projects

Prohibited Conduct:
- Adult/explicit content editing
- Copyright infringement of source images
- Bulk image editing for unauthorized resale
- Reverse engineering Nano Banana Lite models
- Automated script usage without permission

3. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of original uploaded images
- Nano Banana Lite edited images grant commercial usage rights
- Prohibit unauthorized Nano Banana Lite model training
- Image editing techniques belong to Nano Banana Lite
- Report copyright issues to legal@nanobananalite.im

4. Payments & Refunds
- Edit credits expire after 12 months
- 48-hour refund window for completed edits
- Professional Nano Banana Lite plans auto-renew monthly
- Chargeback fees apply ($25)
- Price changes for Nano Banana Lite services notified 30 days prior

5. Safety Protocols
- 18+ age requirement for platform access
- Content moderation system for uploaded images
- Image quarantine for policy violations
- Secure file deletion after 72 hours
- Mandatory encryption for all Nano Banana Lite processing

6. Liability

- Image editing suitability at user's discretion
